Is an Enfp, his Fi is much clearer, to Jean: "You should be angry, you shouldn't have had to go through that", as in focus on your own emotions and individual emotions. Not "no one should (have to) go through that" (Fe)/ external value system. He is very in touch with his own emotions as well and does his own thing, not what others' (for example his family) expect of him. To an unhealthy amount sometimes? Yes, due to trauma. Then following his own values instead of the given ones. "Exy should be fun" instead of what every other team does. His own idea > expectations. For the life of him, the guy can't even study something he is not interested in (fi)! Even if it means letting his family down. Ne makes connections very fast. Proven again and again when dealing with Jean's abuse and putting the pieces together. Ne also looks for other ways and opportunities (as proven above), while one part of his Ne is blocked due to his family situation and his own traumatic experience. He will be unstoppable when he heals though :)
