What personality type is Taylor Hale? Taylor Hale is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - - in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, LII in Socionics.
Pretty strong on INFJ after the Nicole and Daniel drama. Could be ENFJ. But I still lean Introverted pretty heavily. Let me just break down what I saw and I'll tell you how this is one of the fundamental INFJ experiences, from my talks and research on them. What we have is a double empathy trap. Two sides that have ENTIERLY opposite foundational worldviews that are scraping against each other and causing extreme miscommunication. So empathy stops working when one person's experience of life and expectations are SO different from the other. Taylor talked to Nicole who was clearly distraught but not communicating clearly why. (It was about... Not giving 110%... Apparently that's worth a nervous breakdown but whatever.) The audience, I believe, doesn't even really know exactly why Nicole was so messed up. Taylor, who was just called "not a good person" less than 30 mins earlier by Daniel, saw Nicole In mysterious pain and started trying to find the cause and comfort her. And it worked. That's the issue, in Nicole's eyes. What I believe Taylor did was successfully use naturally high emotional intelligence and empathy (which she's mentioned has been key in her career before multiple times) to inhabit Nicole and diagnose the issue: Nicole has serious trauma or a complex about never giving up and fighting off persecutors. Female cop background, and I can guess how hard that is/was. That's not the issue here. The issue is how Nicole reacted to that diagnoses. And Daniel was key in why it blew up. So Nicole took that as a blow at her deepest wounds, because shes going through life with extremely strong castle walls up, and Taylor accidentally phased through them without reading those defensive signs. THIS is the #1 INFJ problem. They literally care too much to be able to tread carefully like society expects. So Nicole was poked in her subconscious, which made her take it literally the worst possible way because she's used to choking down her emotions (ISTJ), and Daniel was around (ExFP) who was just believing some heresay about Talylor and, I think, forgot or never cared to actually see if that rumors and emotional summaries were ever true since it was his personal friends who informed him so he accepted it uncritically. So now Taylor is tagged as "evil" for, most likely, the last time she was just seeing people's souls stripped of all their defensive garbage. (Paloma, ENTP, who I don't even think had her breakdown have much to do with Taylor but either way, inappropriate to villainize someone based on rumor) So Daniel and Nicole compared warped perception stories, thought they figured out why they don't feel good and it was Taylor ( but it wasn't. It was their own inner world screwing with them) and so the blowup argument happened. Look at Taylor being utterly and rightfully confused. To her, she just correctly read the room, aka Nicole, and reacted (emotionally) logically. Anyway, that's why there's INTP votes. INTPs have this Ti-Fe problem of being misunderstood by the wider, Fi-Te society of combat and defensiveness. But, arguably, INFJs get it worse b/c they are actually better at reacting honestly and therefore "get deeper" into trouble than an INTP does because they don't hit the social awkwardness wall as quickly. On average. So anyway, that's my perception of the event and it was a disturbingly accurate example of what I see the highly empathic INFJ(but the "wrong" kind of honest empathy that is villainized by so many with wounds they are avoiding) can find themselves in the middle of. I've seen my IRL INFJ contact describe this happening to them MULTIPLE times in life, multiple INFJ YouTubers have described this, and it's what the INFJ articles mention can happen when you don't play societies petty social heirarchy games. Nicole needs some therapy. (And basically Taylor was trying to give it to her lol) Hurt people hurt people.
