Personality

What personality type is Archie Andrews? Archie Andrews is an ENFP personality type in MBTI, 6w7 - - 629 in Enneagram, SLUAI in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.

Copy pasting my explanation from the other thread here: He's a dom Ne and inf Si because he shows a lot of dom Ne optimism and classic inf Si clumsiness and disorganisation. He has very strong Fi and shadow Fe in that he is very compassionate, yet has his own personal dreams and desires which are sometimes not necessarily considerate of others. You can also see his Te at times, in comics where he's in a bad mood he's often in a Ne-Te loop and becomes inconsiderate of his family or friends/keeps trying to achieve things in a somewhat unemotional way. I once read a story where his family is moving away from Riverdale and he absolutely hates it, keeps pointing out every little thing in the new neighbourhood which makes it different from Riverdale and cannot stop obsessing over all his memories and past experiences there with his friends and family, which sounds an awful lot like an Si grip. In a way, his constant love triangle with Betty and Veronica also signifies ENFP indecision and somewhat Fi selfishness mixed with some level of compassion for them too. I just cannot see him as an ESFJ at all, his Si is wayyyyy too weak and he seems way more Fi than Fe with a lot of his more emotional/emotionally selfish episodes. He seems like the stereotypical happy-go-lucky ENFP children's media protagonist.

Biography

Archibald "Archie" Andrews is the star and the hero of the series, introduced in December, 1941. Known as the "Typical Teenager", Archie is clumsy, girl-crazy, dopey but occasionally bright, and constantly forced to juggle between Betty and Veronica in an epic Love Triangle. He's the centerpoint of everything, having the most Giant-Size series and digests of all the characters, and mostly everyone in the series is important to him or connected to him in some way. He's also known to be the face of the Archie Comics franchise.
