At first I thought he was ISTP but no, he's not. The dominant Ti and inferior Fe is very well visible. He always arrives at his conclusions through an internal and logical step by step process. And he always reminds everyone of the facts and objectivity because he feels like it's necessary. Inf Fe. But what is his auxiliary function, Ne or Se? I believe it's Ne, he likes to shift between ideas, even if they are a little abstract for his colleagues and he often brainstorming (with basically himself) and gets distracted from the "main subject". That seems like a very strong Ne, but it remains auxiliary because he only believes one of these theories when he got 100% proof of it, he doesn't let it get out of control.
