Ky Kiske MBTI Personality Type
Personality
What personality type is Ky Kiske? Ky Kiske is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w2 - so/sp - 126 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, ESI in Socionics.
In the first game he was very unhealthy during the ending, and almost comes off like an ESTJ if you look at it from a different angle. His hero complex with how much he tries to be reasonable with everyone else prior to Sol and Testament / Justice shows how he tries so hard to be a righteous man of good morals and standards. When it comes to Gears? They might as well be fodder due to how rigid and black/white his thinking was. "That's right! Evil has no place in this world!" - Ky "Evil...? How dare you call me evil!? ...I fight for my own existence. No more, and no less..." - Justice "That can't be your reason for waging war on humans!" - Ky "...Look at my body. I was created by humans to kill humans. ...I'm a weapon. Yet, the same humans that created me never thought about my mind, or soul. I'd have been used as a tool... and if I refused, I'd have been dismantled! Ask yourself... Can you truly blame me? I was born into this world as a slave... And now you're here to destroy me. I know humans loathe me violently... and always will. I could do nothing but live on, if for no other reason than to scorn my creators! But what do you think I've been living FOR? My duty. My assigned role! I was created to kill, and so I do. It's justice!" - Justice "That's a delusion!! What God ordains and wishes for... The order of the world! THAT is justice!! If anyone or anything attempts to deprive the world from its freedom... I'll defeat them all!" - Ky (After Justice dies) "No... you can't die yet!! Who...? Wasn't I doing the right thing, Lord?" Here is where Ky's Ti was unhealthy, as Ti is like a last resort for ENFJs that they try to hide by building systems of external logic / people-oriented ideals so that they don't seem alone in their ideals. His thinking was very much exclusive to him and is tied to his insecurities. With how he's pursued justice and fairness, he didn't see any grey and would willingly turn face-heel into complete anger. He's an idealist that's more naive in pursuing his single-track vision (Auxiliary Ni), contrasting Sol's more brash and free-willed nature. Ky is rigid and structured, Sol is chaotic and "I do what I want." I think his Fe-Ni and Ti became healthier over time due to Dizzy, where he began to have a more non-biased view against the existence of Gears. Central to Ky is how he tries to uphold justice and protect humanity. But what good is that if he's killing someone that has a consciousness like a human? (i.e Justice) This is a question that pretty much became the backbone of Ky's development.
