Chaotic Evil MBTI Personality Type
Personality
What personality type is Chaotic Evil? Chaotic Evil is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 8w7 - sx/sp - 873 in Enneagram, SLUEN in Big 5, SLE in Socionics.
Before I explain why I voted ESTP I want to clear some things up. 1. The moral alignment system is very very different from MBTI and every other personality system since personality does not cover whether a person is good, bad, or nutural. This does not mean that some types are not more prone to leaning one way or another but you can't type someone off of opinions of what good and evil is. 2. I voted ESTP, but ENTP was very close. ESTP won by a hair. OK. So why did I vote ESTP even though almost every internet source out there will say ENTP? It is purely because of the difference between Ne and Se. Ne searches for possibilities, new ideas and experiences, and bases their decisions off of very deep outlooks. Se searches for new, new, new. New everything. And when someone is always searching for a new experience of any kind they become inevitably reckless. The make mistakes and harm people but because of their tertiary Fe they still deep down feel guilt for the pain they have caused. Which, because their Fe is underdeveloped this only brings out feelings such as anger, which pushesthem further until they break. And don't care anymore. Now all they want is to display their anger. In this case the tertiary Fe was more harmful than helpful. This puts them in a destructive downward spiral. This exact same scenario can easily happen with an ENTP also but I believe the overarching persona of Chaotic Evil is best described by the ESTP.
Biography
If Chaotic Neutral is the truly free spirit, Chaotic Evil is the truly free EVIL spirit. Whereas the Chaotic Neutral character is just concerned with his own freedom but doesn't seek to hurt others, Chaotic Evil characters take pleasure in hurting others and will do whatever they want whenever they want to do it, which, seeing as they are evil, usually entails lots and lots of death and destruction. These characters are usually the most aggressive of the Evil alignments, more often than not being possessed of an impulsively violent nature and a total disregard for people, laws, or even the world around them. In short, Chaotic Evil represents the destruction of not only life and goodness, but also the order upon which they depend. This makes Chaotic Evil, potentially, the most terrifying evil to fight because it's so unpredictable and often incomprehensible to most.
