What personality type is Charismatic? Charismatic is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - so/sx - 379 in Enneagram, SCOAI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.
Besides being one of the types to have many social interactions, while being one of the types least likely to execute social interactions awkwardly, part of having charisma means you have variation in your responses, even to statements that induce standard responses (e.g. "no problem", "I'm doing fine"). Also, your responses--while keeping mind of the occasion and your status--will neither be distasteful or unflavored when speaking to a boss, teacher, or an acquaintance. Regardless of the type you chose (maybe it's based on what you've personally experienced the most--my vote is), true charisma isn't only about inducing strong emotional responses on occasions that you feel are relevant to you or dominating others in a conversation.
