Happy MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Happy? Happy is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - so/sx - 729 in Enneagram, SCUAN in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.

One survey's sample found ESTJs to be happiest (followed by ENTJs): https://www.psychologyjunkie.com/2019/11/18/the-happiest-and-unhappiest-myers-briggs-personality-types/ Some stereotype ESTJs as angry, but perhaps, ESTJs find themselves "at home" in the workforce, resulting in more satisfaction. Work life and pragmatic management vex many people, but perhaps, ESTJs feel comfortable, striding through (and acing) these domains: gaining happiness and energetically preventing the stress that would nag them. Brains, specializing in Te, apparently gain euphoria from goal achievement. I wonder if Te-doms feel most likely to see work as purpose, rather than acquiescence. I often see vocations as Te-defined activity (perhaps this whole post is culturally biased, as a caveat): one of efficient, strategic result-getting. I wonder if work days tend to end in feelings of victory, for Te-doms, rather than lethargic collapse. Much of "work life," I've seen, screams Te. Consider what resumes, for example, might value: credentials, achievements, leadership, results, awards, quantifications, etc. Te likes this collection more than any other function. Many workplaces focus on: structuring the environment to maximize efficiency and results, meeting deadlines, service speed, empirically-spearheaded protocols, maximizing outputs under a timeframe, and making money. Te. Te. Te. Work, as defined in Canada (where I live), seems highly ExxJ, in general. However, many fellow FJ types motivate ourselves by furthering morale/relationships and spreading happiness/positivity, via friendly service and alliance/teamwork. I emotionally prefer volunteer work over paid work. That's a starkly honest answer. I can't make myself care about money and production. I prefer the human race.
