Scotland MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Scotland? Scotland is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 8w7 - sp/so - 873 in Enneagram, SLUEN in Big 5, in Socionics.

The different parts of Scotland are noticeably diverse: Glasgow is quite ENTP but the towns around it (and the Central Belt in general) are much more ESTP. Dundee is about the most ESTP city I've ever visited. Edinburgh is a total contrast - much more introverted and much more of a feeler city (excepting parts of the outskirts). Torn between ISFJ, INFJ, and INFP. The rural areas are a mixture - very generally ISxP in the Highlands but a bit more ESTP in places like Dumfries and Hawick (where there's possibly some influence from the extremely ESTP areas of England just across the border such as Newcastle) I've only been to Aberdeen a couple of times so can't comment but it seemed quite IxTx when I went Overall ESTP fits best. Certainly the stereotypes of Scots over the years (whether that be anarchic hedonists or canny engineers) are pretty close to the ESTP stereotypes.
