Rattrap MBTI Personality Type
Personality
What personality type is Rattrap? Rattrap is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 6w7 - sx/so - 683 in Enneagram, SCUEN in Big 5, SLE in Socionics.
Yeah, well, uh, pardon ESTP 6w7 sx/sp’s pragmatism here in this, you know, deeply philosophical moment, but he’s a little more concerned about who got that message. MBTI - Se-Ti-Fe-Ni —> Se-Ni: I feel that Rattrap was “incredibly in tune with [his] environment”, able to “react … immediately as things” unfolded, having been “highly observant”. — In “Double Jeopardy” (S1-E8), I feel that Rattrap was able to actively observe and react to his immediate circumstances whilst sneaking around within the Predacon base, readily reacting with natural presence to the obstacles placed before him. —> Se-Ti: I feel that Rattrap preferred “to do [his] analysis while in action, having “probably” enjoyed “things that [had] a problem solving element”. — In “Other Visits: Part 2” (S2-E7), Optimus Primal deferred to Rattrap’s field skills and adaptability, such as using the bombs to destroy the Metal Hunter’s energy shield as well as trying to navigate stopping the vessel’s own teleportation sequence. —> Se-Fe: I feel that Rattrap tended to use Fe “mischievously” or in other cases, as “a warning signal”, either becoming “too emotionally intense” or being “right in the center of it all, egging it on”. — In “Changing of the Guard” (S3-E3), I feel Rattrap’s having chewed out Depth Charge before his reluctant admittance of his life being saved was indicative of his knowing the negative effect he could have on others, using it to his advantage. ENNEAGRAM - 6w7 sx/sp 683 —> Type 6: I feel that Rattrap more than likely liked “to catch people in the act of lying or cast doubt on ideas that people to believe to be certain”. — In “The Low Road” (S1-E22), I feel that Rattrap’s Type 6 counterphobic skepticism especially came through in his constantly pushing Chopper Face’s buttons, actively seeking to provoke a reaction that might reinforce his own disposition of once “once a Pred’, always a Pred’”. —> Wing 7: I feel that Rattrap tended towards being “more outwardly reactive and dramatic when triggered”, associated with “more hyper mental energy” that could manifest as his being “excited” or “doubting”. — In “The Agenda: Part 1” (S2-E11), Rattrap readily voiced his doubts about Ravage having originally been a Decepticon, needing to put his distrust out in the open to be heard and received by others. —> sx/sp: I feel that Rattrap’s predominant instinctual focus was on the “exploration & edge” of the Sexual instinct, having been “interested in experiencing life powerfully”. — In “Nemesis: Part 2” (S3-E13), it seems the more mundane task of bringing supplies into the Ark in lieu of the “Operation Eternity” command brought him out to question if there was something more intense just around the corner.
