mmmm i dunno, i have a hard time seeing him as an ISTJ. he always seemed to be fine with following the evangelist cause of the "purpose". then after he finds out the truth about shinra, he wants to leave but isn't allowed to & haumea keeps him under lock & key for a while. eventually he does leave, albeit with arrow (who i can see being the actual ISTJ of the two) - also i find it interesting how straightforward he was with her when she insisted upon leaving with him (granted that could still be IXTJ in general). one of the biggest things for me though... is how he goes & tracks down records of his birth to understand what his TRUE "purpose" is, & ends up declaring he's actually there to protect his brother, the hero. (basically: i really don't see him relying on past impressions & comforts the way a dom si user would... he seems more holistic purpose/truth the way a dom ni user would be...) overall i'm unsure but if i had to pick i'd lean INTJ. maybe i'm totally off though, i dunno. it's been a while since i read through the manga & i'm not fully caught up on it. i wish fire force was more popular on here /: it's rlly good & i'd actually bother to take the time to fully type him if it was popular on here...
