Lilly Moscovitz MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Lilly Moscovitz? Lilly Moscovitz is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 8w7 - sx/so - 874 in Enneagram, SLUEI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.

I understand why the majority typed her as an E8 core. She's aggressive, intense, and even vengeful when injustice strikes her. However, these traits are not just limited to 8s. I do believe that she fits sexual E4 more, as her main priority is devaluing others and shamelessly expressing herself to cover up her inner feelings of deficiency. [2]" Lilly Moscovitz is considered too unconventional, avant-garde, and even "weird" for her peers in Grove High School. She does not feel any shame because of how others perceive her self-image. She is also outspoken and wants her opinions on key issues to influence a greater community. For instance, she determinedly upholds her activist values, even when fellow students do not care for her petitions. Another example is how she established her own cable channel titled "Shut Up and Listen" wherein she expresses her views on current events and animal activism. She tends to be theatrical and witty, especially when she's in a good mood. Her way of speaking is also explicit and brash, as a way to brandish her nonconformist stance. She has easy access to anger, especially when all her efforts to gain success fail. An example is when she ranted about how her cable channel only reaches 12 viewers. She competes with Mia by making her feel bad about herself. Ever since Mia had a makeover, she delivered a series of insulting remarks about her new look. She told the movie's protagonist that she looks weird and unattractive, and even likened her to the bullies from the cheerleading squad. It can be inferred that she has a superiority complex. Through her actions, she delivers the message that prioritizing intellectualism and authentic self-expression is better than cultivating an appealing image. She loathes the typical popular kids at school and attempts to tear them apart as a way to hide her envy towards their image and privilege. For her, seeing how the social elite at her school easily gains approval from others reminds her of how worthless she feels deep inside. She devaluates what is enviable. She hides her wish to be as attractive and rich as the other "rich kids" through her cannibalistic impulses. It means that when she wants something, she yearns for it with anger and hate. In Lilly's close relationships, she is possessive and dramatic. She is emotionally labile, as her mood easily switches due to emotional triggers. Quoting Naranjo, she acts shamelessly to satisfy her own desires. There are many scenes where she berates Mia for not making time to attend her events, such as the Greenpeace petition. She went as far as to end their friendship just because Mia was hesitating to tell Lilly about her commitments as a future princess. All she wants is for Mia to spend more time with her and not hanging out with the elite. Her way of protesting lead to rejection, as it made Mia retaliate to her insults.
