Jian Yi MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Jian Yi? Jian Yi is an ENFP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - sx/so - 792 in Enneagram, SLUAI in Big 5, IEE in Socionics.

Okay I'm finally back from rereading 19 Days so I'm gonna go explain his functions to the best of my ability. If you plan on reading this, buckle up because wow it's lengthy. ENFP: Ne > Fi > Te > Si Ne dom - Jian Yi is often lost in thought, daydreaming, coming up with the most absurd ideas and connections, curious, erratic, unfocused. I believe Zhan Zheng Xi completes him in a way that he satisfies Jian Yi's brainstorming by providing the idea that he's looking for. Jian Yi also envisions many possibilities of the future as seen in some of his one-on-one conversations with He Tian, though he has a goal of going into the same school as Zhan Zheng Xi. Fi aux - Good emotional intelligence, sensible and empathetic. There are unshakeable personal values Jian Yi stands by, and they mostly show in scenes where he tries to help out Mo Guanshan, coming to his rescue uncalled for and giving him unsolicited help, which can make him come off as self-righteous. Zhan Zheng Xi is the one who knocks some sense into him: "I said, this kind of thing shouldn't be decided by an outsider." Jian Yi is also very accepting of his feelings—at least when he's not in a loop. Te tert - Good at spotting right-now opportunities. Unable to act in their best interest. Jian Yi attends to problems/obstacles of the world and tackles challenges head on, this is how he puts his ideas/goals into action. He cares more about the result than how to get there, and can appear hasty in this area. We can take for example him jumping immediately into the river to retrieve Zhan Zheng Xi's phone, only to find out later that there was a ladder he could've taken. Si inf - Jian Yi is described by Zhan Zheng Xi to be clumsy. He is nowhere near being detail-oriented. Most of the time he feels stuck, and that his past mistakes have doomed his future. (Take the scene where he ran away from Zhan Zheng Xi after the kiss for example) Jian Yi also likes to ponder on questions about life (the scenes where he asks He Tian questions about it and his future) and reads Confucius if that matters Also younger Jian Yi, from Zhan Zheng Xi: "He used to talk really loud, and acted really mean. One time he got in a fight with a bully and told the teacher he did it to save humanity." 7w6 - Entertainer: more loyal, endearing, responsible, outgoing, relationship-oriented, playful, child-like, anxious sx7 - The Adventurer: This subtype can be influenced easily by the attraction of new ideas, adventures and people, falling into a state of fascination and entertainment. The one-to-one Seven also has great powers of suggestion, and can use personal charm to lead people into a new paradigm, a new purchase or a new relationship. 792 - The Peacemaker: caring, innovative and accepting. You want to be helpful, upbeat and peaceful. You are very kind and tend to see the best in others, focusing on easy and comfortable ways of relating. You hate conflict and/or strife and use your sense of humor to smooth out difficulties. [ Tritype: https://littlemusingsmaybe.tumblr.com/post/152390102250/the-27-tritype-discriptions ] + since i know there have been people who voted ENTP, Jian Yi doesn't use Ti-Fe. If he had Ti he would be more self-aware and analytical and value personal logic > personal feelings. He is also not one to pay attention to social harmony or hierarchies (most especially social consequences), doesn't need external validation for his feelings/morals, and neither does he adjust to them, he can't read the room, more so people, therefore the lack of Fe.
