to me he seems to be more lot more Ti over Fi but i can definitely see where the Fi vote comes from! throughout the doukyuusei series we get to see kusakabe's internal thoughts about sajou as their relationship continues and a lot of them tend to be stuff like "oh, he's pouting now.. interesting" , "sad face.. why sad face?" etc etc and in general he seems to rely on this function to move forward, like at the park when he's like "why why why why do you act like this i just don't get you at all!!!" or when sajou was clearly upset about university and overworking himself but refusing to say there was a problem, kusakabe seemed like he used Ti and Ni to pick up on all his little queues before trying to help him. Ni definitely seems like the function he taps into the most under stress. he tends to rely to things matter of factly / logically as well like when his friend was lying to sajou about him to make him seem cooler.. thats not exactly Ti specific but it definitely works ! i think tert Fe works for him very well too because of how he was so willing to just kind of follow sajou wherever he went in life (which sajou had to snap him out of but even after that it was "can i still see you all the time? as much as possible?). he gained a lot of energy from the band and he values peoples opinions of him ("was i cool? was i so cool?". he tends to be very go with the flow and does things to make the people around him happy like giving his phone number to that groupie girl and (blanc spoilers for anyone who hasn't read this far) shaving his head to please sajou's disapproving dad.
