I think Nick is an ESTP due to his Fe. I’ve never seen him use Fi within the movie and if you just watch a few of the clips of him camping with Hallie, Annie, and Meredith you will truly see his emphasis on collective harmony and understanding. Rather than listening to Hallie and Annie at first about how Meredith wasn’t as she seemed, he continuously urged them to “Be nice” to her regardless. He later said “Meredith isn’t used to the altitude” and “I’m telling you lay off, this isn’t her thing okay? I’m not marrying her because she’s Annie Oakley.” He understood Meredith’s personality as well as his daughters’ and hoped that the camping trip may lead them to be more civil. He tried desperately to get the girls to all get along, however, when he finally realized that wouldn’t happen, he chose his girls over Meredith after eventually seeing who she was.
