Laios Touden MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Laios Touden? Laios Touden is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - so/sx - 729 in Enneagram, SCUAI in Big 5, ILE in Socionics.

This guy is INTP. At first I was a little skeptical about his type since I confused his interest for tasting monsters as Se sign but I strongly suggest not to do the same. Though I do need to go little deeper here... Se is not about interest for physical pleasures like eating, doing something fun, being impulsive. It's about taking into account what you see, and experiencing it. We can see it with Senshi who's Se is auxiliary but still strong. In episode with traps he chose to ignore Chilchak just to have opportunity to cook on those traps following his own senses. This is what Se looks like, experiencing things on your own and making judgments according to it. Taking into attention only what your five senses felt. How's this not Laius? Laius constantly lives in the world of possibilities and curiosity. Laius always wonders how and why, how's this taste? And how things work and his object of curiosity is monsters. Now we gotta stop a little in this moment since there can be misunderstanding and perception that Laius always fights with them on his own, and doesn't live in potential world and curiosity... He does it. Every time he encounters a new type of monster he always tries to analyze situations rationally and in his head, analyzing every possibility he thinks of, the prime example of Ti-Ne-Si... We can see it in episode with Living Armor where he analyses every possibility of what kind of monster could be inside of armor using his Ti-Ne-Si. He firstly thinks of possibilities with Ne, then logically cuts them with Ti, relying on his knowledge from books with Si. It's the best example of his functions but there's more. He's constantly notices details and heavily relies on his Territory function, to make new possibilities and explain things. MANGA SPOOLERS. Another example of him being INTP i found in chapter with Senshi backstory where he logically aprouchead the story and explained to Senshi, and even invented idea using the changing mushrooms to try what Senshi ate in past. You can read it yourself since I can't explain it very much, but it's the best example I can think of him being INTP. His idea of eating what's in dungeon is solely Ti-Ne since he logically aprouchead this situation. "There's a food chain, and monsters eat something to survive, and if they can eat something, we can do it too" This phrase alone could proof he's strong Ti user. I don't think Laius is any type, but INTP only. It's refreshing to see INTP character who's not cold nerd and genius, and can be little dumb in Laius case, where he obviously struggling with low Fe. Also we can see his deduction skill with his amazing Ti-Si in chapter where everybody had a clone and it's obvious he uses Si there very much, taking into account every detail his crew had and their potential behavior. This argument actually needed to be big but today I can't form my thoughts quite right, and I would appreciate if you ask me to explain some missed details or argue with me. I don't think this guy is Se user since he never relies in his senses and physical reality around him, and ignoring it and not being careful is what caused him to lose his sister at the first place. Compared to Senshi who's ISTP you can see collosal differences though they're very alike. Senshi is interested in inventing the cooking method, not much of monsters themselves like Laius who's interest is intuitive. Also I think his hunger or interest for eating monsters comes from his character itself not his functions. It's implied that he's heavily obsessed with monsters so I think it's part of him, rather than functions. "I've always wondered how monsters taste like..." So yeah, I don't think he's Se dom, since hunger and gluttony ≠ Se
