En's cousin and a Cleaner, Noi works alongside her partner Shin to eliminate threats to the family. An albino Boisterous Bruiser, Noi is almost always friendly and laughing even when fighting or killing. Her violent tendencies, Punch-Clock Villain attitude, love of food, and her unique magic make her the absolute perfect partner for Shin, and they are rarely seen apart. Despite her seemingly relaxed and easygoing demeanor, she can’t stand anyone being stronger than her, and very often (sometimes needlessly) worries about Shin.
