What personality type is Regis? Regis is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - so/sx - 541 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, LII in Socionics.
I identify with his strange tendency to be both surprisingly empathetic and hilariously blunt, Geralt even points out in Blood & Wine that he finds it hard to tell if Regis is serious at times or just displaying his morbid sense of humour. In the books he shows a lot of compassion but has a slightly mischievous streak, like when he refuses to leave until Geralt tells him how much he'd have to be paid to take a contract on a higher Vampire, clearly enjoying Geralts fear and anger towards him. Book Regis is mostly phlegmatic in temperament, I'd say he turns melancholic in Blood & Wine, particularly if you kill Detlaff.
