What personality type is Gregory Jackson (Onision)? Gregory Jackson (Onision) is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sx/sp - 387 in Enneagram, SLUEN in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.

Onision is an ESTJ. My primary justification for this is that Onision often outsources his thinking to established systems when making a point as opposed to examining the universal, which indicates Si and points to Ni blindspot. There are however other justifications to be had such as his intuitive approach resembling tertiary Ne, especially in relation to the manner in which he analogizes things oddly or his disparate comedic style. A pretty immediate red flag of an unhealthy ESTJ response to criticism goes like this; "But what I did wasn't illegal". Even if there is something morally dubious regarding their actions in a broader sense, if an unhealthy ESTJ has committed a moral wrongdoing that doesn't violate the law then they will defend it on that basis. This is thanks to their high Si and Ni blindspot as ESTJs view the world through clearly defined, concrete systems. In an unhealthy ESTJ this means laying out exact stipulations as to why they are 'good' according to such systems as opposed to laying out why they are good universally, irrespective of the systems that they exist under. Onision never responds with the universal. His thinking always falls on an Si-Ne axis. When Onision does defend himself or his beliefs using an intuitive approach, it's pretty clearly tertiary Ne. Onision will very often try to use disparate analogies to make a point if he can't explain it clearly with rigid Si stipulations and it's his failure to analogize concepts in a serious manner that often makes his defence of his actions look especially silly. He will say something to the effect of "x is just like if you were to do y" when the things are typically barely similar at all. On top of this is the absurdity of his comedy videos that further demonstrate Ne. Se comedy usually seeks to poke for an immediate reaction from an audience and is singular in this. Ne comedy, on the other hand, seeks to subvert in a disparate manner, combining many archetypes, ideas and directions - consider, for example, Onision's characters or the amount of bizarre songs that he makes which most people don't even care for and will never achieve a real reaction. I don't see Se motivations there as much as Ne motivations. There seems to be consensus regarding his Te-Fi so I won't try to analyse those since it seems self-evident to people that he does use both of those functions. Additionally, I think it is wise to preemptively clarify that I am NOT biased negatively against ESTJs. They can be very good people. I've only had good experiences with them. Please just explain why my analysis is wrong if you disagree with me. Thanks.

While his channel "Onision" is mainly satirical, videos on his other channels revolve around life stories, topics concerning suicide and self-harm, body issues, and answering questions he receives on his forum. Enough with the PC description, this guy is a complete and utter douchebag of the highest order.
