What personality type is Jordan Belfort? Jordan Belfort is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - sp/so - 378 in Enneagram, SCOEI in Big 5, SLE in Socionics.
I read the book and throughout the whole book this man is speaking of “rationalizing” all his “antics”. I never saw a little bit of identification with other persona that he admired. He cared more about having fun and trying to wash away the pain than achieving more as he left the company peacefully (unlike the movie) and he retired for some time until he got intervened and then arrested. So I can really say that this man is at core an E7 and not an E3. In the movie version I think he’s a E3 though.

Jordan Ross Belfort (born July 9, 1962) is a Jewish American author, motivational speaker, and former stockbroker. In 1999, he pleaded guilty to fraud and related crimes in connection with stock-market manipulation and running a boiler room as part of a penny-stock scam. Belfort spent 22 months in prison as part of an agreement under which he gave testimony against numerous partners and subordinates in his fraud scheme.
