What personality type is Link Neal? Link Neal is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - sp/so - 164 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.
Have INFP voters heard him on Ear Biscuits? Link is extremely systematic and particular about how he does things. To think of him as having inferior Te makes no sense. He even talked about sitting on the couch early in the morning while everyone else was asleep because "It wasn't breakfast time yet" because he does things on a seemingly strict schedule. His breakfast is the same breakfast every morning - I think it's a smoothie? He is not a fan of change in his daily life and prefers to do things (he's a big fan of cleaning, for example) in the way that he "knows works." GMM is a very "Ne-forward" show with the whole mythical concept. I can see how, if you primarily/only see Link in the context of GMM, he could seem like an INFP. Although, personally, I think that a fair amount of his "Ne" is his tendency on the show to speak before fully thinking out the thought, if that makes sense. R&L have joked about how Link tends to "turn off his intelligence" but it seems more like he is distracted easily, which can be a trait of a person of any type, as that is more of a cognitive thing.

Rhett and Link are an American Internet comedy duo consisting of the two YouTube users Rhett James McLaughlin (born October 11, 1977) and Charles Lincoln "Link" Neal, III (born June 1, 1978). Their career started by making commercials. Self-styled as "Internetainers" (from "Internet" and "entertainers"), they are known for their online viral videos, comedy songs, ten-episode TV series Rhett & Link: Commercial Kings for the Independent Film Channel, their daily morning talk-show titled Good Mythical Morning (GMM), their YouTube Red series Buddy System, and various other things.
