She strikes me as a 4w3. Yes, she wants to be successful (like becoming a famous fashion designer or trying to control the outcome of her visions), but more importantly, she wants to be her authentic self. Her desire to be herself triumphs over her desire for fame and success many times throughout the show. For example, she risked losing the Young Fashion Designers Contest by modeling her own dress instead of having a skinnier, taller model do it, because the contest judge said she didn’t have “the look”. Also, she briefly lost her fashion internship because she started working with another fashion designer who would allow her to design her own clothes. She’s also very blunt and honest, but kind too, so her desire to be her genuine self trumps her want for success and fame. She also has a strong moral compass, and stays true to her values in the end, even if it means not reaching a goal or losing a competition or contest. She’s very quirky, creative, and free-spirited, and wants to show that to the world through her designs, which is why she’s content with her small fashion business in Raven’s Home (because at the end of the day, she’s doing what she loves - fashion).
