(He was originally designed to be a middle schooler but later changed.) Andrea is an Italian American. He is a talented cook that wants to help his father run his hotel. That’s basically it. He is inspired by Alastor from Hazbin Hotel (I just race swap and age swap him, aside from that, their designs are still kinda similar). Or he is basically Alastor but younger, nicer, and Italian.
