What personality type is Trent Reznor? Trent Reznor is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - sx/sp - 548 in Enneagram, RLOEI in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.

INTJ all the way but not seeing 5w4, especially when I measure him next to 5w4 INTJs like Blixa Bargeld, Dominick Fernow or Friedrich Nietzsche. I see much more commonality with fellow 4w5 INTJs Chris Cornell and David Eugene Edwards. Aside from the lyrical themes present in every single one of Trent's projects, even in his interviews the emotionally turbulent nature of sx dom 4 core seems extremely obvious. I think any 5 core vibe would simply come from the fact he's an INTJ, and 4 core is most commonly the domain of those with feeling preference, so its presentation looks much different than it would for an INFP 4 core, for instance. When I was much less familiar with personality theory, I had honestly mistaken Trent for an INFP. His Fi seems unusually prevalent and extremely outwardly obvious for an INTJ, which, again, I believe owes a lot to sx 4 core. I think is why many people mistype him as an INFJ (although there's nothing Fe-Ti about this dude whatsoever LMAO seriously measure his lyrics & social style next to Marilyn Manson's who is clear Fe-Ti axis) or as an ISFP. Dom Ni was really showcased with releases like Year Zero, and lyrics like Happiness in Slavery, Ruiner and The Hand That Feeds are all great examples of Ni-Te-Fi. Michael Trent Reznor (born May 17, 1965), known professionally as Trent Reznor, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, and film score composer. He is the founder, primary musician, and principal songwriter of the industrial rock project Nine Inch Nails, which he founded in 1988 and of which he was the sole official member until adding long-time collaborator Atticus Ross as a permanent member in 2016.
