What personality type is Charlie Jones? Charlie Jones is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/so - 692 in Enneagram, RCOAN in Big 5, SLI in Socionics.
I'm not sure how we decided on ISFJ in the first place. No one seems to have a stable argument for strong Fe. For now I'm sticking with INxP because I personally see him as an Ne user. He just seems a bit too erratic and eccentric in his behavior to be an Ni user. a stereotype obviously, but we're going off of so little information that stereotypes can sometimes be our only hope in typing someone. I don't think it's possible to reach a definite conclusion on his type because there is so little of him seen in the movie. Has anyone here read the book? I know the book version of a character can be very different than the film adaptation version but we could always use it for a little extra reference if they seem to be similar enough.
Biography
Charlie Jones is the father of Coraline and the husband of Mel Jones. Very much like his wife, Charlie is constantly busy with typing for his gardening catalogue, and does not have much time and attention to spare for his daughter, Coraline (although he gave a little more attention to his daughter than his wife). However, as a father, he also loves her and cares deeply for her just like how Mel does.
