He isn’t aware of his surroundings at all: He accidentally throws himself into the shack because he forgot to let go and didn’t realize he was still hanging on to the sack. He also stumbled over his own coat and accidentally swallows a soap that flew towards him. And after he did and had a hiccup with bubbles coming out of him, he didn’t even realize what had happened or that it was just him having a hiccup but he turns around for the source of the noice and it takes 1 or 2 more hiccups for him to realize it’s him. And when the dwarves ran out of their house scared and pulled the door close behind them, leaving Dopey behind, he just runs against the door. And when the dwarves decide who has to go upstairs they all turn to look at him, he takes quite long to realize they look at him at all and then he turns around expecting to see someone behind him. He also forgets to hang the key back to the door where they keep their diamonds in, and only in walking away he suddenly realizes he still has it and tales it back. And when the dwarves walk home singing Heigh Ho he falls behind and has to run at the end to catch up. And when he tapped Doc‘s shoulder to show him how he shoved diamonds in his eyes was more Ne (finding possibilities in the outside world: how can you creatively use this? vs Se, simply experiencing the surroundings) Not simply: Hey, there are diamonds lying around here! (Se) but: Look what I can do with it, haha! (Ne)
Biography
Dopey is the youngest of the seven dwarfs in Disney's 1937 animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. He gets his name from his incompetence and penchant for silly antics. Dopey is the only dwarf who doesn't speak and instead communicates through pantomime.
