Sorry this is going to be long. I love how Timothée is eloquently articulate and endearingly awkward at the same time. He is super self-aware and self-critical, not knowing how to take compliments, and tries his very best not to offend anyone while expressing strong beliefs and opinions. He talks about values and ideas, his idealism is definitely there. I find it interesting that he always starts talking about his thoughts by stating 'this might sound like cliche but... / I don't want to sound chessy but...'. It's like he is aware that people may not take what he speaks seriously but he does mean what he speaks, and he speaks in all sincerity. His coworkers described him as 'profound beyond his age' and has rich inner world, and I can see that when he gives really well-thought-out answers in every interview although he may ramble (and he always apologizes for that and that's cute). He is an extraordinary actor. His co-workers described that he wears his heart on his sleeve, and he is transparent in a way that you can catch what he's feeling across his face in real life. And when asked what does he feel he stands for, Timmy said “I feel like I'm here to show that to wear your heart on your sleeve is O.K.” He put that authenticity in his acting too. He can carry vulnerability in a really beautiful manner, and allowing oneself to be vulnerable is also an ability.
