Breezepelt MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Breezepelt? Breezepelt is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 6w7 - sx/so - in Enneagram, RLUEN in Big 5, in Socionics.

I think he's an unhealthy, counterphobic 6 as opposed to a 3. I can see why there would be confusion here though: sixes in disintegration take on the traits of threes, becoming competitive and arrogant. The thing that basically defined Breezepelt in the earlier books was his desire to gain the attention of his father (security) and his smug belief in his own clan's superiority (loyalty), both characteristics of sixes. It's after he learns that his father had kits with a ThunderClan cat that he turns to the dark forest. From that point on, his faith in his father and the warrior code were demolished. The dark forest gave him the security and acknowledgement he always sought after. Also, if Breezepelt were a 3, I think his emotions would be WAY less turbulent. Threes tend to put their emotions in a box in order to achieve their goals, but one of Breezepelt's defining characteristics is his emotional instability. As for his enneagram wing, though Breezepelt is counterphobic (which tends to be more of a 6w5 trait), he's not very introspective, has a strong desire for a support system, and tends to rush into things without thinking, hence the 7 wing. Here are some quotes about threes and sixes from the enneagram institute: "Sixes work hard to ingratiate themselves with their superiors, to build up security, and because they want to convince others of their dependability." [It's implied that Breezepelt's complacent loyalty to his clan in the earlier books partially stems from the rumors of his father's disloyalty; he overcompensates to prove his allegiance to WindClan] "Threes tend to project a cool, emotional reserve, while Sixes project more volatile and intense feelings."
