Lou Salomé MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Lou Salomé? Lou Salomé is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - sp/so - 548 in Enneagram, in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.

Lou’s voracious intellectual appetite and great beauty found her at the centre of the birth of the psychoanalytic movement, but not only as Nietzche’s platonic muse. Her later mentor, Sigmund Freud, noticing a student’s interest in von Salome warned “All the tracks circle and enter the lion’s den, but none come out.” Her much younger lover, the poet Rainer Maria Rilke dedicated a homage to her “sheltered heart” after their affair, but not their life long friendship ended. I agree she was INT, and the clue to whether she was J or P is to be found in her relationships where she kept all at an emotional arms length. When her intellectual curiosity was satisfied she would decisively end things and move on. I vote INTJ.
