What personality type is Black Yoshi? Black Yoshi is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - sp/sx - 783 in Enneagram, RLUEN in Big 5, SLE in Socionics.
I hate to come off as a know-it-all, but I've watched SML and let me tell you... Black Yoshi is an introvert It's not even that he doesn't care about other people's well-being. He hates socializing in general, outside of playing Call of Duty. He'd much rather stay inside playing his video games than going outside and interacting with people in, say, a job (this kind of behavior is stereotypically associated with Ti-doms in general). Moreover, he hates it when people bother him. Now, extraverts can display this kind of behavior too, particularly at work, but Black Yoshi does it even when there's something genuinely important. To him, having his progress in Call of Duty erased by something dumb like bills is something that he can't handle. This comes to a head in the episodes where he has to babysit Bowser Junior, which is something he couldn't stand. In the second episode he did it, he actually killed Junior. But most notably of all, he hates playing two-player. In various episodes where Toad in particular has tried to play two-player with him, he has actually threatened to kill him over it. That is how much Black Yoshi hates playing two-player (a similar situation happened with Shrek, another ISTP, babysitting Bowser Junior, where he ultimately locked Junior in the smelly bathroom he always uses). Also, he's a "gangsta", but...where's his gang? The only mention of other "gangstas" that he could be working with is Tyrone (whom he calls "Pookie"). Beyond that, he commits most of his crimes by himself, oftentimes in a sneaky manner that is very much ISTP. So yeah, he's an introvert, and thus an ISTP.
