Crucabena's character is a solid ENFJ 2w1. First, everyone on the orphanage was ignorant of the situation at first. Crucabena tells them an story in which only one will suceed as a "King" however she uses sweet images and a sweet tone to keep appearing like a kind mother to everyone, even thought the tale itself is dark (Fe). It's heavily implied (now confirmed) that she was the one who made Clervie get hurt. She knew how to maintain a good, maternal and "caring" facade when at the same time, being completely cruel, without any love for her children. She was all about appearing like a good mom. Of course at the end, she no longer needed to pretend in front of Arlecchino (since she was the only survivor.) Crucabena's character entirely focused on appearing as a kind and compasive mom while in truth being completely merciless. She doesn't strike for efficiency first. Also, she's very capable of maintaining a good emotional atmosphere with the kids and facade for them. (Fe>Te). Her vision and the "hunch" she had about knowing she should had killed Arlecchino earlier seem more Ni than Si. Crucabena's doesn't stick to any internal personal sensations, but rather on what will be at the end. It's highly likely she also knew about Arlecchino being the one who was about to fight with her. Her Ni helped her go throught her plan and distorded vision of how the orphanage worked, helping her dominant Fe to keep the act of the loving mother. Anyways, Crucabena's seemed like a good villain. That's all.
