What personality type is Intellect (Low Scorers)? Intellect (Low Scorers) is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 8w9 - SX8 - 827 in Enneagram, SLUEN in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.
Definitely concur with Gratis in that it’s ESFx. However I’d say ESFP tends to score even lower than ESFJ on intellect. Since at least ESFJ has tertiary Ne which helps them at least somewhat with generating ideas, while ESFP’s intuitive functions are at best demon (Ne) and inferior (Ni), respectively, exacerbated by Ti blindspot. Really not the best deck of cards to be dealt if you want high intellect. As for enneagram definitely E8 in general, as they’re the most earthy, indiscreet, and concrete of all enneagram types. A far cry from E7 which by contrast is one of if not THE most intellectual enneagram type. (Given this stark contrast I find it amusing how often PDB users still conflate E7 and E8.) narrow it down further probably sx8, which in particular doesn’t have a modicum of interest for abstract concepts and only cares about relentlessly chasing who or what they intensely lust for. sp8 is the more balanced 8, while so8 can sometimes be somewhat intellectual. sx8s on the other hand tend to be complete airheads though. Easily enticed and fooled because they have not a morsel of ability to think about the consequences before they jump right in. As for attitudinal psyche, definitely 4L archetype, they just don’t bother at all with reasoning through things and delegate that to whatever BS the external environment (other people, fake news, etc.) feeds them. Probably 1F or 2F as well since these types tend to be much more focused on the concrete. I’m voting SLUEN just because it fits this particular archetype of extremely low openness people (the sx8), but note that personality is not necessarily completely additive, so maybe another SLOAN type deserves the actual bottom tier spot. Maybe SLUAN, idk. Edit: to stay consistent with my earlier remark today that big 5 and Enneagram correlations are rough approximations at best and I should vote a combination if it’s the most likely contender for the trait even if it’s rare, I think I’ll change my vote to SLUAN. sx8 SLUAN I think can still be found in small quantities. E.g. ishowspeed might fit this.
