I think Boris is not an Fi user. He has really well developed Fe and Ti. "SeTi’s especially feel that every moment would be best spent on something worthwhile and fun". I am not going to explain him being Se dom because that's just too obvious. I think good example of Ti-Fe in Boris is his love for "intellectual talks" about politics and other topics with Theo's dad. In the opposite of Theo, he was genuinely interested in his opinion. Boris always knew exactly when to listen, and when not to bother Larry. He was really good at picking up on other people’s emotions. Boris seemed to really like Larry, but when Theo disagreed he decided that "your enemy is my enemy". "Sold fat for low price, wanted everyone to like me" This boy literally screams Fe. His whole charisma is purely caused by his Fe with othe functions. Se-Ti's are naturally diplomatic, and generally good with people. They can be very charming without even intending to be. I saw someone in the comments using this example, but he literally turned to Islam just because the people were nice to him, even tho he didn't actually believe in it. He also organized The Goldfinch rescue not because he wanted the painting back but because Theo did. He always cared about what other people want and desperately tried to give it to them. For example he planned to spend his money from drugs not on himself, but on the keyboard Kotku wanted for so long. He tried so hard to make Kotku and Theo get along together, even if it didn't work.
