bdubs' desire has always been to have his needs fulfilled (7 desire). if his actions were motivated by the want to be loved (2 desire), he would've tried to contribute more to his team outside of whatever was most important for what He needed (immediately abandoning loyalty for clocks, getting soul speed for the top of the snow fort walls, killing tango for boogey cure, etc), or if his actions were motivated by wanting to be competent and capable (5 desire), he would've been significantly more cautious and shown much less naivete (especially in earlier seasons) in regards to the other players. as for mbti, i think he uses dominant Se because of how attuned he is to his surroundings, his inclination to improvise as he goes along, and the constant use of his Ni for hindsight as opposed to foresight (ex. "if i would've done xyz, i would've gotten away with it") (obviously this isn't a trait exclusive to Se but in this case i think Se is the cause of it). i think that him being on the Fi-Te axis is Very apparent. he is very curt and honest in his opinions (Fi). he doesn't mince his words or beat around the bush very often, and he is usually the person that encourages the group to continue with/finish a plan (Te). take my analysis with a grain of salt, i'm open to discussion if anyone disagrees :)
