Pilar Saludes is one of my supporting characters in The Oasis series. She’s one of Ricky’s classmates at Rainbow Bridge School and is one of Nick's best friends; Pilar is passionate, friendly, group-oriented, enthusiastic, and has got a fighting spirit. She loves sports and her favorite sports are volleyball and basketball. She can also surf very well. Additionally, one of her favorite classes is history because she likes to learn about different countries' nations and cultures, plus, she also enjoys making friends from foreign countries. (And I felt like Pilar has a lot in common with me because my favorite class is also history and I also like to learn about the world). For some other info, she’s Spanish just like me, she’s 13 years old, and her birthday falls on July 3rd, making her a Cancer sign (plus, I imagine her rising sign being Sagittarius, because she’s pretty sociable, exploratory, and likes to learn about foreign nations and cultures). Her favorite season is summer. She was inspired by one of my classmates during middle school.
