I must agree with the consensus. Also, Vira has an idealized image of Katalina and the MC (after Fate Episodes, events). Several times before we interact with her, Vira clearly expresses her distaste for anyone other than Katalina. The possible exception would be the soldiers under her command, but it would be more of a professional interaction than a personal one.
