Shane Warne MBTI Personality Type
Personality
What personality type is Shane Warne? Shane Warne is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - sx/so - in Enneagram, SCUAN in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.
Textbook ESFP 3w2 sx/so/sp. Se: The consummate showman/performer. Good at standing up when the chips are down (Ashes 2005). Lives life to the fullest. Audacious, spontaneous, careless and impulsive to the point where it destroyed his first marriage. Fi: He does have a compassionate side. Apparently he did take some terminally ill children to Disneyland once. I met him once and he actually came off as a nice guy. Unfortunately, he's obviously struggled with auxiliary development. He's affected by personal bias when assessing other people (Steve Waugh), he's deeply insecure, can be volatile (Marlon Samuels) and doesn't like criticism. Se + Fi makes him unpretentious in person - what you see is what you get. Te: Shows some signs of looping; he has never forgiven Steve Waugh for dropping him and while he can be a thoughtful commentator at his best, his commentary is not exactly consistently objective. Can be impatient (often wanted Ricky Ponting to bowl him sooner than he did) and aggressive (Marlon Samuels). Too assertive and ambitious in seeking leadership for this to be his inferior function. He can be responsible and productive when he wants to be though; although he plays it down, he worked very hard at his craft. Ni: In his younger years, he drifted from dead-end job to dead-end job until finding cricket. Allergic to xNTP theorists like John Buchanan (PoLR Ti/demon Ne) and doesn't appreciate symbolism (e.g. the use of the baggy green as a symbol). Could be an irresponsible rule-breaker who struggled to foresee the consequences of his actions and tended to repeat mistakes (extramarital issues). At times neglected his physical health as a result. Willing to entertain crackpot beliefs despite his dislike of theory a priori. Thanks to him, I now believe that humans descended from aliens, so move over Darwin! :p Very obvious SEE. I'm not at all sure about his tritype - I'd say 3w2 7w6 9w8 (379), but there's barely any of the last in him. I'd say he's a SLUAN - his neuroticism is not super high (probably around 60%), but he's rather self-conscious. His openness would be around 35% - adventurous, but not intellectually curious at all. His agreeableness would be around 65-70% - he was generally a nice guy, but he definitely had a mean streak. RE Enneagram: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/71/79/ae/7179aec6639dbbbbe2ff8f78559b34c4.png
