Reason why i live in messy room is because of lack of do something and lack of perciving reality and what is happening around me, also i feel great/cormfly in my chaos and mess, Yes Ne dom can be chaotic, but ENFP have Te and they might have that organising pushing side. I have noticed (i will use ESFP stepfather as explain) he is also messy as heck but he see himself as Mr.Clean and when he start cleaning and organising stuff we all need to know he is cleaning and we need clean too(it reminded me video from Sara MBTI named Unhealthy ENFP where ENFP girl was obssesive about cleaning) For me this is one might be xNTP and INxP. And ENTP might if you say them it's socially bad to be messy will comform and will start clean.
