I don't think he use his FE since Hooni, just an naive person, everyone can manipulate with him. But i think, he's more use his FI. Because, he have dream and he believes in his dream more. It's obviously that he's also use his te. Because he's trying to control everything, and being angry when his plans destroyed and everything going not like he's planned.
