hard one to type... obviously not an INTJ, i don't know why anyone would think so. the guy was entirely ruled by his emotions, which were strong and ever-present. he was extremely manipulative and controlling, and pretty much incapable of planning anything out. his writing process was not one of planning, but rather erecting a universe of notes, into which he situated himself (in guise) and let run its course. his first wife once managed to spill ONE pea from the box he had marked "peas", and the pea rolled under their enormous wood stove. hamsun immediately went to work at dismantling the wood stove, and was only dissuaded when his wife came up with the genius idea of picking another pea out of the box, presenting it to him as the one that had been lost.
