unhealthy Ne is more likely to be narcissistic rather than an unhealthy Te. Ne by its nature is already very disconnected from the reality meanwhile Te by its nature is more objective and puts problem solving, gaining golas etc. over thier own ego. ofc Te doms can be narcissistic too but Ne is just more likely, also narcissistitc people often relies on other people's opinion in order to make themselfs feel like they're someone better, they often like to convince People how great they are and Stuff, which is more likely an unhealthy Fe rather than Fi for me.
