What personality type is Angèle? Angèle is an ISFP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - sx/so - 793 in Enneagram, SCUAI in Big 5, SEI in Socionics.
I feel like people really stereotype when typing her ENFP, she is so obviously an XSFP type and ISFP makes a lot of sense considering the content I watched of hers. She is extremely freedom oriented, very Fi-Se in that regard as XSFP's are characteristically focused on freedom outside of societies binding categories, characteristically liking to be able to do what they want rather than having a singular plan in life (High Ni), focusing on a range of options (Ne), or making sure that the future is stable with lots of plan-B's (Si), but rather having no plan at all and just enjoying life freely as it comes (Se). This is also evident when she talks about her documentary: “I feel like this documentary made me even more free,” she explains. “Because I’m telling everything in this documentary.” (THIS IS Fi-Se!!) “I’m talking a lot about freedom on this album because I felt like turning 25 was a big moment in my life where I found out that, actually, my freedom was something I needed to take and to choose,” she says. (More Fi-Se) “When I chose how to get my freedom I wrote songs about it. I wrote how there are no do’s and don’ts for women. You just have to be the way you want to be. And then you just have to make people accept it.” (Fi dom, some Se too) “Being a role model is kind of a pressure because I feel like I have so many things to learn and I feel I’m a feminist but I am in progress." (This constant state of always being in progress is good evidence that she doesn't repress Ni, as Se dom's tend to be more naive about topics regarding realistic progress being made) “This photo came out with the article and I was very upset and sad, because I felt like they didn’t respect my choice." (Intense personal reaction to people ignoring her needs and values is a common high Fi reaction) “I needed to tell the story because it was part of the story even if it wasn’t known to a lot of people. It was my story.” (SO MUCH FI) I think ISFP is so obvious, not a 7w6 as she shows none of the Naranjo related Narcissistic traits, but rather I would think 6w7 or 4w3 would fit better.

Angèle Van Laeken, better known by her stage name Angèle, is a Belgian singer-songwriter and musician. She was one of 2018's biggest breakout acts in French and Belgian pop, breaking Stromae's record for weeks at the top of the Belgian singles charts with her 2018 single "Tout oublier" which features her brother Roméo Elvis.
