Fi will often cause a type to be idealistic, due to intense values. Te is all about trying to objectively find out how to get from point A to point B. Both of these can cause future orientation (Idealism: here is how I want the future to be and Te: naturally strategizes, which usually must incorporate the future in order to be successful. Ti can also be somewhat future oriented due to its theoretical nature, but Fe tends to have more focus on the present, thus ESTPs will typically be more present-oriented. I voted 9 because their ego ideal doesn't require much acting unless if something happens that opposes comfort. 7s are quite future oriented in that they actively plan activities so that they are always busy, or "chasing excitement". 8s will often strategize because of their lust. Just look at any 8 dictator; they are very future oriented. How is 2V present oriented? 4V makes much more sense.
