(Warning spoilers) When I first saw the show, I was like yeah definitely ESTJ then it got to the third season and I started to question it because I don’t think a Te Dom would prioritise people’s feelings over efficiency like she does. In s3, she confronted all the teachers for not caring about the students personally, and I’m not saying ESTJs don’t care about people but like I said, she would rather prioritise other people’s feelings than making the workplace more efficient. When she was hiring someone that could talk to the students, she picked someone who had no qualifications but who she knew cared about the students. When Corey apparently ‘spread rumours’ about them having an affair (I’m not saying he did but she thought he did at first) she wanted to get to the bottom of it because she felt something was wrong so she went out of her way to see if he was telling the truth (he actually wasn’t he was just covering for another teacher who he actually had a ‘relationship’ with) instead of just giving him a detention. I know she’s stubborn when it comes to the school but that’s only because she wants the best for her students and she believes in them.
