I was thinking ESTJ or ENTJ for a second then I realized she is a total FI dom. Hear me out. While on the show it looked like she was really out of touch with her feelings, everything she did was because of her emotions which allows her to negate herself so easily. Her FI is easily shown when it comes to her conflicts that she had specifically with Savannah. She had no logical objective argument like a TE or TI dom would have but instead focused on how Savannah made her feel and what she felt where savannahs motives. When Savannah went after dom without coming to Francesca first she felt personally attacked which is VERY fi. Not to mention she notes the way Savannah is speaking to her which even I noticed and felt was nasty. Next on a podcast she talks about how she felt Savannah has bullied her the few days leading up to that altercation and also had known Savannah was going after dom at that moment specifically to get fran out of the house (ni) especially since Savannah had matched with zay at the time but that’s another story that wasn’t shown. Just to prove her fi isn’t a grip function let’s look at it on a normal day and not during a super stressful moment. Most of the time we as the audience are blind sided by her actions but they make sense from her emotional point of view. She said multiple times that she didn’t know why dom would say he loves her after only a few days and talks about how she’s trying to be a different person. Fran is not trying to be with someone she finds super attractive because she was afraid she would slip into old habits and felt uncomfortable with someone she doesn’t trust. So she ditched dom for damien who she’s known for YEARS to protect herself from being someone she doesn’t want to be. Especially since Dom Said he loved her so quick. She pointed that out in the podcast too. Her SE and NI are abundantly clear too with her temptation to try more options and continuously self sabotaging when she feels that something could become emotionally real. This is also why she seems so hypocritical and like she’s attacking Georgia when Georgia gets with DOM. Because she does care for both Dom and Georgia thus she tries to highlight how Dom seemed off to her with saying he loved her just the night before. And she feels bad for dom if his feelings are true for her so she doesn’t want to be super PDA with Damien. She also comments before dumping damien after the GF question that she’s afraid he’s only trying to be in a romantic relationship to prove he physically can be with her. Then questions him about why he even likes her. (FI dom) Hence why she’s crying even while dumping him her NI is struggling to place motives. Lastly I just want to say notice how so many people on the show (Savannah, Georgia, chase) all accused Fran of conniving and doing things to tear them down when we never see fran doing that. Even when she had the chance to with Damien in the control room she didn’t send dom or Georgia on a date. Everything is taken out of context and misinformed which you can really tell rewatching the show. Every chance anyone got to bring Savannah back, they didn’t and according to the podcast it was because they had witnessed her bullying Fran.
