The Director MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is The Director? The Director is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - - 613 in Enneagram, RCOEN in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.

→ Why the Director is a clear example of an immature ISTJ [Spoilers Ahead] Dom Si & Inf Ne: I'll keep this brief as it's the consensus currently, but from her quote illustrates perfectly her want for security and fear of change that stems from Si-Ne. →"I begged the queen not to question the word of Gloreth. Not to question what's kept us safe for a thousand years. But she wouldn't listen. Allowing Ballister to hold the sword was the first crack in the wall." Aux Te & Tert Fi: Now you may argue she "can't be a Te user because the function is used poorly", but that is not the case here. For one, a high Te user can use the function poorly when they suffer from low self-awareness. From her insecurity of being on the hook for responsibilities, harsh judgement, and doubling down on destroying Nimona, we can see she is clearly an immature Te user. Two, during her monologue about the "crack on the wall" it signified her Si-Te fear of the inner turmoil that the "unpredictable", "nonsensical", "chaotic" Fi-Ne might bring. She reacts to this tension by blindly following & enforcing Gloreth's word in a way that's insensitive to the individuality of Nimona and Bal, seeing them as threatening the kingdom's long established *rules*. →"Gloreth did whatever it took to keep the monsters out. And so will I." The harsh moral judgement she displays during the news interview further supports this type, as her Fi is narrow-minded and undeveloped. →"None of us are safe, so long as the villain and that monster are still out there." We can also see she subconciously feels the world could be ultimately cold and indifferent to her inner turmoil from her speech about her dream. →"I yell out, but no-one listens." This is a sign of insecurity with her Te function and I can speculate she's tired of her own inaction, so when the Queen gave the sword to Bal she got lead astray with her strict principles and inf Ne, knowing she had to act. To establish the order Gloreth brought in her subjective interpretation of it. This stubborn determination lead her to her fatal demise as she brought the kingdom down with her. The integral basis of her motivation for killing the Queen and vilifying the main characters are more accurately explained by the dynamics of Te-Fi, and how they fit in the bigger picture of dom Si security and inf Ne fear of change. Thank you for reading! I implore you to consider ISTJ as her true MBTI type.
