Biography
The "father of modern A.I.", he went into a self-imposed isolation after losing his wife to a driving accident in their self-driving car; killing his wife and crippling his legs. Going into a spiral of self-loathing of regret and becoming jaded and cynical towards the world, his concerned daughter gave him a full-dive VR game called "Awaken Online" in an attempt to get him out of his depression. He later became the avatar of the fire affinity god and is claimed by the in-game residents to be the "Najmat Alhidad" because of it. Even though he's not the type to play video games, he can't help but feel enthralled by not only the renewed sense of vitality the full-body immersion gave him, letting him use his legs again, but how the game often overlaps with real life. He becomes especially obsessive about Awaken Online when the fire affinity god makes him a deal regarding his dead wife.
