I think she is a clear Enfp. Her Ne is quite visible contrasted with Ed’s strong Si. While he has a quite pragmatic look on their tasks and accepts things as they always have been, Erin focuses on what could be. Her idealism causes her to clash with her boss more than once, like when she insists on going on with the process even though the chance of them winning is highly unrealistic. She doesn‘t care about the probability of winning, but is focused on the potential of her case, going so far as to completely overwork herself.
