A treatment from Amnésix is something you won’t forget! Ahead of his time by nearly two thousand years, this pioneering druid treats ailments of the mind from his ancient couch, welcoming into his consulting hut patients who have lost their minds or who suffer from anxiety that is, to say the least, debilitating. We thus see a parade of characters in his practice who look as though they’ve stepped out of a TV show that bores the audience to death with tics and OCD: here a Gaul suffering from a panic-stricken fear that the sky will fall on his head, there a shy barbarian who frightens no one, further on another Gaul who thinks he is a wild boar, not to mention an apprentice emperor playing at being Napoleon before his time! It is therefore only natural that Asterix and Obelix turn to this extraordinary druid to treat Panoramix, who has lost his mind following a formidable menhir throw by Obelix.
