Personality

What personality type is Unhealthy INFJ? Unhealthy INFJ is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w3 - sp/so - 268 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.

I would say that INFJ 4 is often seen as one of the most common unhealthy INFJ patterns because it combines INFJ deep inner world with T4s focus on identity, emotions, and feeling different from others. When unhealthy, INFJ 4 can become trapped in their feelings and spend too much time thinking about what is missing in their life. They may feel misunderstood, disconnected, or believe nobody truly sees who they are. Instead of using their insight to connect with people, they can withdraw and become absorbed in their own emotions. They may compare themselves to others and feel jealous of qualities, relationships, or lives they think they lack. A lot of their energy goes into wondering who they are rather than living their life. INFJ 4w5 is usually the more common unhealthy version. The 5 wing adds more withdrawal, isolation, overthinking, and living inside their head. An unhealthy INFJ 4w5 may spend so much time analyzing their feelings and identity that they become disconnected from reality and from other people. INFJ 4w3 is also possible, but it looks different. The 3 wing adds more concern about image, recognition, and how others see them. Instead of withdrawing completely, they may become focused on being special, admired, or appreciated. A healthy INFJ uses their insight and empathy to understand themselves and help others. An unhealthy INFJ 4 often gets stuck searching for an identity, feeling misunderstood, and comparing themselves to an ideal version of life that doesn’t exist.
